• WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED

Icon Brands accepts all major credit card including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal Preferred. You must provide your exact billing address, which your card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing of your order. 

• HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Shipping Information: We ship within Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We ship to residential and commercial addresses, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and AEO. Shipping Time: Packages are shipped Monday thru Friday. Order Processing Time: Usually order processing time is 1-2 business days. During peak times of COVID your order may be delayed. We do not expect any issues and have been able to meet our Same Day Production goals and shipping commitments but couriers may experience delays.

• WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Return Policy: DUE TO IT'S NATURE, SEX TOYS ARE NON-RETURNABLE (opened or unopened packages). This includes, but is not limited to, Anal Toys, Bondage Equipment, Cock Extensions, Dildos, Love Dolls, Love Kits, Penis Pumps, Sex Guides, Artificial Vaginas, Lingerie, and Vibrators.

We will only exchange a defective item with the same item provided, it was returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Prior to return of any merchandise, you must contact Customer Support Department at Icon Brands to obtain a Return Authorization number. Due to health concerns, we will not accept any return package that does not have an RMA number visible on the outside of the package. Refunds are processed once the return has arrived and meets all requirements above.

• WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs continually fluctuate with price increases. While we try to offer you the best rates available, we understand that shipping costs impact your decisions. By subscribing to our newsletter, you can receive email notifications on all sales. Most orders are shipped within two business days (see above) We are still shipping daily, via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Shipping Cost Breakdown:

Standard Delivery: $9.95

This is our least expensive service. This service usually takes between one to seven business days depending on your continental USA geographical location to our stores and warehouse.

Priority: $14.95

This service usually takes between one to five business days depending on your continental USA geographical location to our stores and warehouse.

Second Day: $39.99 (<5#)

This service takes between two business days depending on your continental USA geographical location to our stores and warehouse & the current COVID delays from UPS, and FedEx.

Overnight: $59.99  (<5#)

This service is generally received in one business day and only available in the continental USA. Certain rural locations may experience a two-day window.  

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during operational hours. With the current status of COVID 19 processing times may be delayed.
